Carole applies her unique and innovative performance psychology skills and techniques to enhance her own sporting, performing and business world. Her clinical psychology base provides strong evidence-based theoretical expertise to her methods, while her healthy lifestyle choices, creative interests across a broad range of fields, and high level of performance across these demonstrate a holistic and intrinsic grasp in how to apply these skills.

Carole presents a unique ability to ‘walk the talk’ when it comes to combining psychological theory with its practical application and is keen to share these techniques and skills in assisting others to find their best self, whatever their interests or goals may be.

Whether your stage in life is learning to perform more confidently musically, athletically, or in business; to develop parenting techniques, improve relationships, to overcome or recover from injury, sickness or mental health concerns, or to manage one of the many challenges that life can present, camac clinical psychology can help.

Carole has a strong sporting background, having competed in triathlons for over twenty years. She has participated in triathlon across every distance, competing at state, national and international events as an age group athlete including Ironman, half Ironman, and world championship races.

Carole is a musician who is actively involved in her community playing violin and viola across a broad range of genres and events from acoustic orchestral classical repertoire to solo contemporary electric violin. Carole’s musical background gives her an understanding of the challenges musicians face, while her psychological knowledge provides a key to managing some of these difficulties whilst finding a true and confident way to express a musical voice.
